The Capital Region Clean Energy Hub has completed a Regional Assessment and Barriers Analysis (RABA) to identify barriers, needs and resources to inform the development of outreach and equitable engagement plans. NYSERDA asked all NYS Clean Energy Hubs to describe their region, key stakeholders, community assets, wrap around resources and energy barriers and challenges.

The Capital Region Hub will use this analysis to inform an Outreach and Equitable Engagement Plan to address barriers, identify outreach strategies and partnerships.
